Charlie Hunnamwill always be known for his role as Jackson ‘Jax’ Teller inSons of Anarchy, but many years ago, he also famously passed on a role in a major franchise that’s returned to streaming. The firstFifty Shades of Greymovie earned a 25% score from critics and a 41% score from audiences onRotten Tomatoes, and it was followed by scores of 11% from critics and 48% from audiences onRotten Tomatoesfor its sequel,Fifty Shades Darker. The final film in the franchise, which was released in 2018, also earned an 11% from critics onRotten Tomatoes, and it scored a franchise-low 38% on the audience-driven Popcorn meter. NoFifty Shadesfilm earned a score above 50% from critics or audiences on Rotten Tomatoes.
