Just this morning, Good Morning America premiered the first teaser trailer forRogue One: A Star Wars Story,Gareth Edwards' hugely anticipated take on a galaxy far, far away, which revisits the first attempt to infiltrate the Death Star. There is a good amount of information packed into the trailer, which runs around 90 seconds or so, from getting our first sense ofFelicity Jones' Jyn Erso (still don’t know about the spelling) to that amazing shot of the Death Star closing its primary circular hatch where the weapon charges to that great action scene with our heroes dodging AT-AT fire....

Two new images for Sony’sSpider-Man: Into the Spider-Versesequel have been released online along with the caption “Look out and see a multiverse of possibilities ahead of you." The images reveal Spider-Man in his classic red suit, but people are left to wonder who the face behind the mask is. Our hero could easily be Peter Parker in a new suit, but that can’t be said for certain. This animated franchise delves into the different renditions of Spider-Man, so it is impossible to pinpoint who is being spotlighted in the teaser photos....

CBS All Access has revealed the first trailer for the upcomingStar Trekseries,Star Trek: Picard. The show will starPatrick Stewartreprising his role as Jean-Luc Picard, which he played for seven seasons onStar Trek: The Next Generationas well as the filmsStar Trek: Generations,Star Trek: First Contact,Star Trek: Insurrection, andStar Trek: Nemesis. The trailer itself isn’t bad. I certainly like the idea of aStar Trekseries returning to one of its central characters and trying to find a way to continue the story....
