‘NCIS: Origins’ Cast Shares Touching Behind-the-Scenes Footage From First Table Read on Its 1-Year Anniversary

The clip captures the cast’s excitement at being part of the new show.

The video begins withAustin Stowell, who plays a young Leroy Jethro Gibbs, andCaleb Foote, who plays Randy, panning the camera around the room. They show off the actors, writers, and executives that have since helped to establishNCIS: Originsas its own show. The video then reveals the show’s cast introducing themselves and their characters before they begin reading their first scripts. Kicking things off in the clip isKyle Schmid, who brings his character,Mike Franks, to life. The excitement across the board is quite palpable as everyone acquaints themselves with being part of a new adventure. It is fair to say that theirs wasn’t just blind excitement, asthe show has since gone on to garner popularity in the months since its premiere.

While steering clear of whether Lala is alive or not, Molino reveals she’d liketo see some progressbetween her character and Gibbs, should Lala survive. “If she is [alive],I hope that finally something happens with Lala and Gibbs. You know what I mean, come on, either kiss me or don’t,” the series star said in a previous interview.
