She returns to her Washington Heights hometown, struggles to find a job, and struggles with how the neighborhood’s changed. Naturally, she solves her problems with murder and cannibalism. Delores is assisted in her death-dispensing by her restaurant-owner friend Luis (Alejandro Hernandez).
