Chris D’Onofrio writes: So it’s 45 mins before my movie starts and I’m sending you this email from what is no doubt, the tiniest auditorium that this theater complex has.. Why am I in the tiniest auditorium you ask? Because I didn’t want to see The Martian in 3D. And when you don’t want to see something in 3D nowadays, most theater chains shove the Standard Showings into the smallest auditoriums they have and usually only show them twice a day… So my question is, are they strong-arming us into seeing 3D by providing more times in that format and less times in Standard OR are people actually still clamoring for 3D that much, that they are just giving the public what they want? As always, thanks for everything!
Dan Mack writes: I was talking with my friends and I think movie theaters should have a service for 4 to 5 dollars to watch your kid as you watch your movie. I believe this will make more people go to the theaters, they can save money from babysitter and have a more enjoyable experience at the movies for everyone. your thoughts?
