Terrifier’s Art the Clownhas become ahorrorlegend this past decade. His trilogy thus far has been one of the goriest in recent memory, and theDamien Leone-createdslasher brandwill soon be ending withTerrifier 4. Art the Clown Has Become the New Freddy Krueger
Despite being a bloodthirsty killer,Art the Clown has been on everything from T-shirts to mugs to scary Halloween animatronics.The slasher villain has also been the center of his very ownFunko Pop collection. This has seen Art in many different bloody forms, but has also highlighted other characters like The Little Pale Girl andSienna Shaw (Lauren LaVera),Terrifier’s beloved final girl. Trick or Treat Studios and NECA have also started releasing their own versions ofTerrifier’s memorable roster of characters.
As for whatTerrifier 4will be about, there’s little plot-wise known at this time. We do know that Art is human again after his last couple of supernatural outings. Fans will also finally see Art’s origin story on screen.David Howard Thornton has played the villain for the last three films, so it’ll be exciting to see what this expressive actor brings to that kind of meaty material. LaVera will be returning for the sequel as well for one final battle with Art the Clown.

When Does ‘Terrifier 4’ Release?
Terrifier 4doesn’t have a release date or window yet.However, it’s a safe bet horror fans will see it in theaters sometime in 2026. Preferably during the Halloween season. For now,TerrifierandTerrifier 2are currently streaming on Tubi for free, whileTerrifier 3is on ScreamBox. All three films are also readily available onBlu-ray.
