The BBC have released a new teaser as they ramp up anticipation for their forthcomingDoctor Who60th Anniversary celebrations. The episode, titled “Wild Blue Yonder” will feature returning stars of the seriesDavid TennantandCatherine Tate,the second of three specials to be released for the anniversary. In the clip, which lasts only a matter of seconds, footage of the Fourteenth Doctor (Tennant) and Donna Noble (Tate) aboard the TARDIS is glitched and distorted, with a panicked Donna asking; “Where are we,” to which the Doctor replies: “I’m sorry Donna,” before the tile card for the episode appears....

These shows can tend to be a bit formulaic and a change of pace is warranted.The Rookiehas done this throughout its run, with afew documentary-style episodes. Starting in Season 3, the series uses these stand-alone episodes to put its characters in front of a documentary crew as they detail a particular case. While this seemed fun at first,I’m begging the writers to avoid using this gimmick in future episodes....
